a. Display list of PO
b. Filters using tabs and search
b. Allow user to Add, Edit and Delete PO
c. Edit and delete allow if the PO status is Draft or New
d. There is messaging functionality on PO detail page

2) Purchase Order Approval
a. User can Approve or Reject PO from list or detail page
b. There is messaging functionality on PO detail page

3) Invoice Approval
a. User can Approve or Reject Invoice from list or detail page
b. There is messaging functionality on Invoice detail page

4) Payment Approval
a. User can Approve or Reject Payment from list or detail page
b. There is messaging functionality on Payment detail page
